Application Surfaces

Armour pro can be applied to vehicle paint work, headlights, taillights, Alloy wheels and plastics.( Do not apply to un lacquered plastic parts), fresh paint jobs, smart repairs, windscreen, textile, and tires.

Instructions

Surfaces should be dry and free of any dust, wax, oil, grease and other contamination.
Open the lid and pour 4 or 5 droplets of product onto the application media.
Spread the product gently over the surface in a crisscross motion.
Once coating appearance starts to sweat, gently wipe the excess product off from the surface using a premium microfibre cloth followed by a secondary cloth for final wipe to remove any product residue.
After waiting for 1 hour, a second layer can be applied. ( if desired but not necessary )
Keep the coated surfaces away from direct sunlight, various types of contamination, and water exposure for 24 hours.

Chemworx Armour pro 2.0 is a professional applied premium ceramic coating. Armour pro 2.0 is applied to your vehicle to ensure a strong protective layer against UV rays, chemical resistance, bird droppings and road salt. It delivers long-lasting paint protection with extreme water behaviour, along with deep shine that boosts paint depth and clarity, 10H on the pencil scale.

Application Tips

Avoid direct sunlight during the application and only work on cool surfaces. Wash your vehicle thoroughly. Prepare the surface by using pre coat cleaner to improve the bonding performance of your ceramic coating. Do not work on areas larger than 1m per application.
Open the lid and pour the necessary amount of product onto the application media. 2-3 mL is enough for 1msq area. Always keep the lid closed during the application.
Spread the product gently over the surface in a crisscross motion. Once product reaction occurs, gently wipe the excess product off from the surface using a premium microfibre cloth. Keep rotating your cloths to ensure correct removal of product.
After wiping the surface with the microfibre cloth, complete the final leveling process by gently using your microfibre cloth in circular motions. If desired, after waiting for 1 hour, a second layer can be applied. Keep the coated surfaces away from direct sunlight, the elements, various types of contamination, and water exposure for 24 hours.
Please wait 48 hours for the nano coating to cure and become resistant to abrasion and chemicals, before any detergent-based washing.
